  1. Tom Gately suggested we sketch from current news stories as a drawing exercise. Here’s one from yesterday’s SF Chronicle. I’m terribly behind on my drawing practice. Maybe I’ve been waiting for that magic pencil to come into my life, but alas, no such thing exists. These Pitt Pastel pencils I just got come preeeeetty close though!
